1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid ID proof (as per Government of India regulations) is mandatory at check-in.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: 10.00 PM
- Check-out time: 10.00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
- All taxes are applicable as per government regulations.
- Extra services (meals, transport, etc.) will be billed separately.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation within [X days] of arrival may attract charges.
- No refund for “no-shows” or early departures.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [X days] to the original payment method.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss/damage of valuables.

6. Hotel Rights
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found violating the rules or behaving inappropriately.
- The management may relocate guests to a similar category room in unavoidable situations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Hotel Shivlinga Villa is not responsible for:
- Natural calamities, transport delays, or events beyond our control.
- Loss, injury, or accident occurring during your stay, unless caused by hotel negligence.
8. Pets & Smoking Policy
